GD-265E Digital Kinematic Viscosity Bath for Bitumen Test
Introduction:
The digital kinemativ viscosity bath for bitumen is used to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquid asphalts (bitumens), road oils and distillation residues of liquid asphalts (bitumens). Results of the test method could be applied to calculate viscosity when the density of the test material at the test temperature is known or can be determined. The time is measured for a fixed volume of liquid to flow under gravity through the capillary of a calibrated viscometer under a reproducible driving head and at a closely controlled and known temperature inside a viscosity bath.
Features:
The digital kinemativ viscosity bath adopts intelligent liquid crystal display temperature controller, rapid temperature control, quick response, small overshoot, temperature control accuracy up to ±0.1℃.
It adopts the high temperature resistance up to 180℃ hard glass cylinder and heat preservation jacket cylinder (called dual bath), good heat preservation performance, sample observation is clear.
The bath liquid stirring motor is used to make the temperature in the bathtub uniform.
Thyristor and Philips screw lamp, excellent performance, durable.
It adopts the all-in-one design, the instrument integrity is good, easy to use.
The key featuress of the digital kinematic viscometer is: full plastic spraying treatment, durable; Double cylinder structure, high precision temperature controller, temperature control accuracy up to ± 0.1 ℃; Special type of high temperature Cannon-Fenske Routine Viscometer.
