GD-0709A-1 Marshell Stability Test Machine
Introduction:
The Marshell Stability Test Machine is designed and made as per industrial standard T0709-2011 in JTG E202011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
It is used to do the Marshall stability test for bituminous materials and judge the breakage point of the bitumen mixtures,so that design the bitumen mixtures rate and quality detection for the bitumen road surface.This instrument is our company model GD-0709A Marshall stability upgrade product.
Features:
1. It adopts the imported pressure sensor, accuracy: 0.0001 The instrument adopts advanced sensing technology and microcomputer processing technology.Multiple test data can be automatically tested Computation and processing, realized the automation and intelligence of testing process.
2. It adopts a high precision instrument amplifier and it can turn 15 degrees, automatically adjust height and angle, imported colored large screen PLC controller, it can display the test data of stability value and flow value, it also can display the graph, test result and test time.
3. 100 groups of test data and test time can be stored in the instrument and callout whenever needed. All procedures will be controlled automatically.
4. It is adopts RS232 serial communication port.electroplating technology. Matt metal, high hardness. anti-wear, anti-wear, durable. Data processing, storage, printing and display by computer.
5. It adopts new electroplating technology .Matt metal,high hard hardness,anti-wear,durable.
6. This instrument also has functions for manual lifting, lowering and stopping. Convenient to use.
