Actually, this customer (Jose) is one of my developing letter customers. I sent him developing letter on April 26, 2017, and then he replied to me the next day. He was interested in our Tan Delta and Capacitance Tester, but needed to customize the power supply (127V, 60Hz in Mexico). After confirmed with our factory, we could do it. So i recommended our product GDGS Tan Delta Tester to him.

Since he was pleased with our product, a month later, he placed this order. Moreover, he introduced me to his friend (Efren) who also run an electricity company (CONSORCIO ENERGIA S. DE R.L. DE C.V.). Several days later, Efren sent me an inquiry about Hipot VLF 40KV and SF6 Synthesized Tester. In the end of June, Efren decided to purchase both of them.
