What is rotational viscosity and How to determine the viscosity?

Viscosity test is one of the most important methods to check the quality of materials:

1. Immerse the rotor (usually cylindrical) into the liquid,

2. Make the rotor rotate at a certain speed and measure the liquid viscosity torque due to the viscosity of the liquid.

3. According to Newton’s law of viscosity, We can measure the dynamic viscosity of the liquid. That is rotational viscosity.

Our rotational viscometer:

Our company has 40 years professional experience in research and development of the viscometer.  We have both the popularity of low-cost and intelligent high level instrument, from high viscosity(1000 mPa.s) to low viscosity(0.1mPa.s), from ambient temperature to high temperature(up to 300℃).  It is widely used in paint, grease, asphalt, adhesive meter, cosmetics, paper, food, medicine, and other industries.

How to choose the best suitable one:

Before purchase an instrument, the customer should tell us what the test sample is and the viscosities of the samples.
