1-5 Mixing principle

Two decentralized disks installed on the high -speed decentralized axis are combined with the low gap design of the double stirring slurry, no blind spots. low -speed stirring paddles strongly pinch interference movement and upper and lower/left and right circulation movements, as well as high -speed shear dispersing effects of dispersed disks Stir with planetary mixing paddle to ensure that the materials are fully dispersed and mixed.

1-11 Positioning System

A. With positioning adjustment device and locking device, it can accurately position the mixing barrel and upper barrel ，and prevent rotation.

B. The positioning stop of the flange under the barrel is accurately coordinated with the stirring barrel to ensure that the position of the mixing barrel is reasonable and the positioning is accurate

1-12 The power distribution cabinet

Vacuum device, frequency conversion speed control, temperature display (control), spotlights, lifting, operation emergency stop and other functions are displayed and operated in the power distribution cabinet.

1-13 Safe operation

A. Relying on the Variable-frequency Drive and limit travel switch, the specially designed control route ensures that the upper barrel is automatically stopped after it has risen to the specified position.

B. During the upper barrel  rising process, the device stirring and dispersing part cannot be started. Similarly, when the machine is transported and mixed, the upper barrel  cannot be risen and the mixing barrel cannot be opened.

Using the circuit design such as proximity switch, it ensures that the planetary working parts can't be lifted up under the vacuum condition.

Special vacuum buffer tank design can effectively prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back to the mixing barrel.
