ASTM D381 Existent Gum Bath for Gum Content in Fuels by Jet Evaporation
Product Description:
1. GD-8019A is designed and made as per standards ASTM D381Standard test method for gum content in fuels by jet evaporation.
2. GD-8019A is suitable to determine the existent gum content of aviation gasoline and motor gasoline(Not suitable to determine the existent gum content of aviation turbine fuel)
3. It is designed with unique air compressor and flowmeter to meet industrial requirements.

Feature:
1. Gasoline Existent Gum Tester equips a specially designed heating bath. The gas circuit is designed reasonably and the effect of evaporation is good.
2. The material of working bench is stainless steel. It has 3 sample wells. A pressure gauge shows the flow rate when steam vaporizing medium is used. A ball float type flowmeter shows the flow rate when air vaporizing medium is used. It can determine 5 samples at a time.
3. Gasoline Existent Gum Tester is desktop structure. Simple design and easy to operate

Simple and convenient operation:
1. The multi-function head was designed for the safe and simultaneous positioning of all 5 pre-adjusted jet tubes. No manual handling and assembling of the hot conical jet tubes is required. After one turn only, all tubes are in their resting, pre-heating or working position. The position of the handle assures that neither steam nor hot air is hazardous to the operator.
2. Safe withdrawal of condensed water from sample beakers and the compensation of uncontrolled steam eruptions is assured by an efficient draining system.
3. Over-temperature protection cut-off.
4. Customized User Flexibility
Two different versions of Gum content testers are available:
GD-8019A A model for tests with air supply
GD-8019B A model with air and steam supply

Main Structure:


(1) Air inlet: Connect to outer air source;
(2) Power supply wire and fuse: The power supply wire of the instrument; It contains a fuse of 15A;
(3) Power switch: The main power switch of the instrument. Turn on the switch, and then the instrument gets power;
(4) Control panel
(5) Decompression valve: It is used to adjust air pressure of air supply from outer air pump. Pull the knob up, and you can adjust the air supply pressure. Press the knob down to lock the pressure after adjustment.
(6) Thermometer holder: There are 5 pieces in total; they are used to hold thermometers, which are used for measuring temperature in test holes.
(7) Thermometer: glass thermometer with measurement range of -5~400 ºC and scale division of ±1 ºC; 6 pieces in total; they are used to measure temperature in the evaporation bath and five test holes. The thermometer, which is used to measure temperature in the evaporation bath, is in the middle hole; other five thermometers, which are used to measure temperature in test holes, are at the bottom of test holes through thermometer holders.
