ASTM D445 Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Tester Kinematic Viscometer
Introduction:
Kinematic viscosity is of primary importance in the design and selection of a wide range of petroleum products. Calibrated capillary viscometers are used to measure flow under gravity or vacuum at precisely controlled temperatures.
Main characteristics:
1. It adopts SCM controlling technology and colored LCD, so it is automatic and intelligent.
2. The operation procedures, such as signal collection, data measurement, parameter calculation, and data output, are automatically completed by the instrument. The LCD adopts man machine conversation interface, so it is convenient to be operated.
3. The instrument has timing function, and it can automatically select the valid timing range of the flowing time and calculate the arithmetic average value. It can also preset the viscometer coefficient in advance, and then calculate the viscosity and print out test data at the end of the test.
4. You can make test for one sample or make test for two samples at the same time after parameter preset, so it is efficient.
5. It has parameter saving function. The parameter will be saved automatically after you preset the capillary viscometer diameter, capillary viscometer coefficient, and other parameters. When you make test using the same capillary viscometer, it is not necessary to preset them again.
6. It adopts desktop and integrated structure. It is convenient to be operated.
