Introduction
It’s suitable to detect smoke density of plastic products,non-metal materials of Rail transport and Marine and cables etc.
Specifications:
1.Internal size of test chamber is 914*914*610mm³.The internal and external walls of chamber adopt teflon coating,so it can resit erosion from strongly corrosive gases.
2.Chabmer adopts design of full door-open,which is convenient to install sample.When the test is finished,it’s also convenient to clean up and down windows and change accessories for different test standards.
3.There is an assisted heating device equipped on external wall of chamber body.According to different standards,we can set temperature in chamber and shorten balance time of chamber temperature.
4.There is blastproof aluminum foil equipped in chamber.When any accident happened,it can reduce personal risk of lab technicians.
5.There is relief opening on the top of chamber,and it can adjust pressure in chamber automatically if connecting with pressure adjusting volumetric flask.
6.There is cylinder equipped on the top and bottom of chamber,which can run automatically.
7.Equipped with ASTM E662 radiation furnace device,which can supply 25KW/M2 thermal radiation output.
8.Equipped with burner as per ASTM E662,and it can make open fire flammability test if work with radiation furnace.
9.Supplied air cooled copper disc calorimeter,the surface temperature of which can be adjusted by back cooling method during test.
10.Equipped with ISO5659-2/GB/T8323 radiation cone device,which can supply 50KW/M2 thermal radiation output.
11.Equipped with burner as per ISO5659-2/GB/T8323,and it can make open fire flammability test if work with radiation cone.
12.The measuring range of water cooled heat flux meter is 0~50KW/M2,accuracy 士3%,repeatibility 士3%,and it has self-circulating cooling water source.
13.Supplied with weighing device,it can make test of MOD smoke density and thermal weight loss of material.
14.Measuring range of sensor is 0~2000g,accuracy 0.1g.
15.There is an optical cassette equipped at the top of chamber,light source acceptance is side window photo-multiplier,S-4 frequency response,accuracy of light transmittance can reach to 0.0001%.
16.There is ND2 neutral filter in cassette,which is convenient to self-calibration and can switch gear during test automatically.
17.This equipment is integrated,and it’s supplied with touch screen computer.With test software,operation can be controlled by computer.
