GD-0610 Bitumen RTFOT Oven For Rolling Thin Film Oven Test
Application:
The rolling thi film oven is suitable for measuring the quality loss of road petroleum asphalt rolling film oven heating (also called RTFOT), and according to the need to determine the penetration, viscosity, ductility and Fraass breaking point of asphalt residue after heating rolling film, in order to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.
The reference standard of rolling thin film oven is ASTM D2872, EN 12607-1, etc.
Features:
1. This RTFOT Oven is composed of electric control component, working oven and mechanical drive. An illuminating light is equipped in the oven for convenient observation.
2. The electromagnetic air compressor and reducer motor system meet the requirements of air flow and rotary speed required by the test.
3. The intelligent temperature controller is adopted to ensure that the oven temperature reaches 163℃±0.5℃ within 10 minutes after the sample is installed, which meets the requirements of the test procedures.
