Bomb Calorimeter Apparatus for Coal Analysis
What is the basic principle of oxygen bomb calorimetry?
Put a certain amount of test in the oxygen bomb filled with excess oxygen combustion, the heat released by a certain amount of water absorption, according to the rise of water temperature to calculate the test heat. In order to accurately measure the calorific value of the sample according to this principle, two problems must be solved. One is to know the heat capacity of the bomb calorimeter apparatus in advance, that is, the heat absorbed by the calorimetric system of the instrument every 1℃ temperature rise, which can be solved by using known calorific value of the reference material such as benzoic acid calibration instrument. The second is the heat exchange problem between the calorimetric system and the outside world, which can be solved by adding a double wall water jacket around the calorimetric system and eliminating or correcting the heat exchange between the calorimetric system and the outside world by controlling the temperature of the water jacket. With these two problems solved, the calorific value of samples can be measured more accurately.

Self-sealing oxygen bomb is used, all structure is made of stainless steel, strength enough to withstand 20MPa water pressure test at room temperature.
The water tank is made of stainless steel sheet, the cross section is pear row, the water tank is filled with 3000 grams of water, the water tank is equipped with an electric mixer, to ensure that the water bath temperature of the water tank is uniform.
The outer water jacket is a double-layer container, which is filled with water during the experiment. The water temperature in the cylinder is uniform through the water jacket stirrer, forming a constant temperature environment that meets the test requirements.
