GD-0709-1 Marshall Stability Test Apparatus
The Marshall stability test is a test to measure the stability and flow value of the asphalt mixture when the standard compacted specimen is compressed under the conditions of specified temperature and speed.
Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per industrial standard T0709-2011 and ASTM D6927 in TG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is used to do the Marshall stability test for bituminous materials to judge the destroy point.It can do the proportion design of the bitumen mixture and inspect the construction quality of the bitumen road.
I. Main technical features
1.Adopting IPC touch screen, the advanced technologies.
2.The data of the initial deformation section is processed automatically, and the test results are displayed on the industrial touch screen.
3.It has three-way high-speed A / D conversion, high sampling accuracy and reliable sampling data.
4.It has two kinds of loading forms: automatic and manual. In general, the automatic loading form is adopted. In calibration or special cases, the manual loading form can be adopted.
5.With real-time test, automatic shutdown reset function.
6.Using double electronic displacement meter, four digit digital display, the average value of displacement data is more accurate and reliable.
