GD-8017A Automatic Reid Vapour Pressure Analyser
Introduction:
1. The Reid Vapour Pressure Analyser is made and designed as per national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T 8017 Petroleum Products- Determination of vapor pressure- Reid method. It can also be used to do determination according to ASTM D323 Standard Test Method for Vapor Pressure of Petroleum Products (Reid Method).
2. It is used to make determination for vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products.
3. It cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of LGP.
4. It is fully-automatic vapor pressure tester by PC control and operation.
Features:
1. The Reid Vapour Pressure Analyser is composed of two parts: "built-in industrial computer and color touch screen" and "instrument host". Desktop structure, all-in-one form, reasonable instrument design, compact structure, low failure rate, stable and reliable work.
2. This instrument can automatically complete the sample pressure and temperature detection during the test; automatic management and control of the test process; automatic sampling, analysis, and calculation of test data; real-time display of test curves during the test process; automatic display of test results, etc., The instrument has a high degree of automation, accurate test results, good repeatability and easy operation.
3. Adopting advanced heating technology, while fundamentally achieving the separation of water and electricity, the partition used to cover the heating tube in the water bath is also removed, so that the total height of the water bath is reduced, there is no dead corner in the bath, and the bottom is clear, It can save water and energy, and it is also convenient for users to clean the water bath regularly.
4. Built-in heating protection function. When there is no water in the water bath or the amount of water is too little, the system will automatically cut off the heater and stop the work of the water pump. Avoid damage to the heater and water pump.
