IEC 60247 OIL TAN DELTA TEST SET
Introduction:
Transformer oil dielectric loss refers to the energy loss caused by dielectric resistance and eddy current loss when the winding and oil flow simultaneously in the transformer. Dielectric loss is an important index of transformer performance, and its size directly affects the operating efficiency and life of the transformer.
The main testing methods of dielectric loss include bridge method, resonance method and digital testing method. The bridge method is the most commonly used dielectric loss test method at present. Its principle is to calculate the dielectric loss value by measuring the current change at both ends of the bridge based on the principle of bridge balance.
Features:
The most advanced heating mode of high frequency induction is applied to the heating part of this oil tan delta test set, it got the advantage of non-contact of oil cup and heating unit, homogeneous heating, quick velocity and convenient control etc. Convenience and maneuverability are the most remarkable advantages of this instrument:
1. Digital technology and intelligent automation measurement are applied inside the instrument, multi-mode testing.
2. Big touch screen (320mm×240mm) menu interface in Chinese is equipped, with which user can be prompted each step during the operating process.
3. The result can be output by printer.
