Product application:
It is suitable for the determination of kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids, including base oil, blended lubricating oil, biodiesel, Biodiesel Blended fuel, residual fuel oil, marine oil,etc
Main technical features:
1. Full automatic control, one key start detection, the test process includes measurement, cleaning, drying, test results calculation and data storage. It will stop automatically after the test.
2. The measuring speed is fast, the fastest measuring time is no more than 20s, and the average measuring time is less than 3 minutes.
3. The instrument can accurately control the sample measurement conditions and ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
4. The instrument has dual solvent automatic cleaning function, which can quickly clean the folded tube viscometer, and the consumption of cleaning agent in one cleaning process is not more than 15ml.
5. The instrument adopts high-precision sensor, the bath temperature is uniform, the constant temperature is stable, and the temperature control accuracy is 0.01 ºC.
6. The instrument has dual functions of over temperature protection and dry burning prevention.
7. It is convenient and quick to replace the folded tube viscometer. The viscometer can be replaced without draining the bath liquid. The replacement can be completed within 2 minutes.
8. The constant temperature bath of the instrument is made of high temperature resistant borosilicate glass, with good perspective and heat preservation.
