ISO 10370 / ASTM D4530 Micro Carbon Residue Tester
Introduction:
The Micro Carbon Residue Tester is designed and made as per GB/T17144-1997 Test Method for Carbon Residue of Petroleum Products-Micromethod, and it is meeting the requirements of ASTM D4530 Test Method for Determination of Carbon Residue (Micro Method) and ISO 10370 Petroleum products -Determination of carbon residue - Micro method.
It is suitable to determine the the amount of carbon residue of petroleum products by Micro Method.
Key Features:
1.The Micro Carbon Residue Tester is suitable for the detection of petroleum products whose carbon residue range is 0.10% (m/m) ~30.0% (m/m), and the determination result is equivalent to that of conradson carbon residue. It is also suitable for detecting petroleum products consisting of fractions with carbon residue values below 0.10 (m/m).
2.The instrument is heated and displayed automatically in strict accordance with the standard method. Automatic timing of the working process, automatic conversion control of nitrogen flow, and automatic constant temperature and keep the time required, automatic alarm at the end of test, it automates the whole working process.
3.Large screen color LCD touch screen, friendly man-machine dialogue, simple operation.
4.PLC programmable controller, automatic program control, safe and reliable.
5.Temperature sensor fault self-test, quick key operation.
6.Stainless steel heating furnace body, imported heater, long life use, and with high temperature safety protection.
7.With automatic calculation function, can store and print test data.
