GDJ-1C
GOLD
GDJ-1C Brookfield Rotational Viscometer
Working principle:
The motor drives the rotor at a constant speed, adjusting the speed as required. When the rotor is in motion within a specific liquid, the liquid will generate a viscous torque that acts on the rotor. The viscosity of the liquid in question has a direct impact on the viscous torque generated. In general, the greater the viscosity, the greater the torque. Conversely, the smaller the viscosity, the smaller the torque. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by the sensor, after which the viscosity of the measured liquid can be obtained through computer processing. This instrument employs microcomputer technology to facilitate the setting of the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid, and its full-scale percentage value set during measurement on the display screen. This instrument is equipped with four rotors (21, 27, 28, 29) and four speeds (5, 10, 20, 50 r/min), allowing for the measurement of viscosity values of various liquids within the specified measurement range through the use of different combinations.
Introduction:
Our Brookfield viscometer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese industry standard T 0625-2011, "Asphalt Brookfield Rotational Viscosity Test (Brookfield Viscometer Method)", and the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011. Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. The GDJ-1C Brookfield Viscometer also complies with the ASTM D4402 standard.
Functional Characteristics:
1. The instrument has been designed with cutting-edge mechanical technology and manufacturing processes, incorporating micro-computer technology to control speed, collect data and process data. The device offers accurate data acquisition, high sensitivity, reliable test results, ease of use and an attractive design.
2. The display offers a choice of white backlight and high brightness LCD, which can show the viscosity of the sample, the number of the rotor, speed and other information, with clear data presentation.
3. The test data can be shown on the screen in real time and also output by printer. Furthermore, the instrument can be connected with PC via RS232 communication port.
4. Different models offer different ranges for measuring different samples.
