Automatic Dropping Point of Lubricating Grease Over Wide Temperature Range(Room Temperature ~ 400℃)
Introduction:
This automatic dropping point tester is designed and made in accordance with ASTM D2265 Standard Test Method for Dropping Point of Lubricating Grease Over Wide Temperature Range.
It is applicable to the automatic determination of lubricating grease dropping point when its first drop reaches the bottom of the test tube.
Features:
1. 7-inch high-resolution LCD display, touch screen buttons. All English man-machine dialogue interface, operation menu prompts.
2. The high-performance single-chip microcomputer constitutes the embedded control system as the core, and realizes the automatic control of the whole process of the test.
3. Set heating, temperature control, automatic detection in one.
4. It adopts the SMD surface package components to ensure high stability and anti-interference.
5. The imported high temperature resistant photoelectric sensor detects the grease dropping point and has high detection sensitivity.
6. The instrument adopts six-hole six-style structure, which can be tested separately or simultaneously.
7. The instrument is equipped with fault self-diagnosis system and alarm reminding function, which has superior user experience.
8. The test result data is automatically printed after the test is completed and automatically saved.
9. The test procedure is simple, no manual intervention is required, quick test with one button, and the average test time is 2 minutes.
