The lubricant ten thousand times shear tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T269 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases and Stone Greases", ASTMD217 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases", and ISO2137 "Determination of Needle Penetration of Lubricating Greases and Stone Greases".
Features:
1.The spindle motor adopts a single-phase dual value capacitor asynchronous motor, which runs smoothly; The reducer adopts a box type gear structure, which works reliably; The counter adopts a touch screen display for easy observation; The base is made of thick steel plate, which is sturdy and durable.
2.Use a plum blossom shaped elastic coupling to connect the reducer and the electric motor.
3.Dual output shaft reducer. Transmission ratio 25:1, install a pair of eccentric mechanisms on the turbine shafts at both ends of the reducer
4.Installed on the machine bases on both sides of the reducer, it is driven by the motor through the eccentric mechanism of the reducer via a coupling, and works continuously at about 60 movements per minute.
5.5-inch color LCD touch screen display. Set any cutting numbers, and when the cutting numbers reaches the set value, it can drive the relay to work and cut off the motor power supply.
6.This instrument is a double acting reciprocating testing device. Composed of electric motor coupling, reducer, eccentric mechanism, actuator, and machine base, etc
7.The computer monitors the motor current parameters in real-time to protect the motor from damage.
8.Grease Worker has environmental temperature monitoring function, and will give a prompt if the test temperature exceeds the range of 15-30 ℃
