Digital Vacuum Distillation Tester ASTM D1160
Introduction:
The vacuum distillation tester is a specialized instrument used to determine the distillation range of high viscosity petroleum products. A method for determining the distillation range of petroleum products with high boiling point ranges such as wax oil and lubricating oil using vacuum distillation.
The vacuum distillation tester consists of a distillation flask heating furnace, a heating power regulator, a receiver, a measuring cylinder receiver, an air bath temperature control system, a vacuum system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a lighting system, and other components.

Main features:
This friendly man-machine interface was formed by IPC with built-in 10.1 inch LCD color touch screen, 1280×800 dpi, and advanced design concept. The user can get to know the current state of the instrument in real time, and feel convenient to do all kinds of operations. The test process and various hints designed by the system can help users to operate the instrument correctly and make the experiment go smoothly.
Vacuum degree control system:vacuum degree is controlled by the system automatically. The high vacuum and high stability of the system can be maintained during the test. The setting range of the vacuum is 2~50 mmHg. The vacuum pressure is displayed in digital, the control precision refer to point 8 Accuracy of absolute pressure control in item IIITechnical indexes and parameters .
There is a built-in cold trap in the instrument. It adopts semiconductor refrigeration technology. The structure of the refrigeration device is small and compact.
The system can automatically convert the test temperature into normal pressure temperature according to current pressure of the vacuum system. The user can be relieved from the table lookup, but also improve the accuracy of the conversion.
Cooling water circulation system: the system can automatically control the temperature of the cooling water at the setting temperature with the range of ±3℃. After test, the water of the circulation system will flow back to the water tank. The tank is equipped with a liquid level observation window and overflow hole to avoid water over-adding. The tank is also equipped the switch of the liquid level, it will refuse to heat or start the water bump without water.
The heating power of the distillation flask can be adjusted with the touch screen. It is displayed on the screen in a scroll bar mode. It can be adjusted at any time and with the precision of 0.5%.
Electric lifting platform control system, user can control the lifting platform up, down and stop by pushing the button on the screen. The built-in function of up and low limit ensures the safety of the glass instrument.
The built-in condensate automatic take-back system works as below. The cold trap collects the oil vapor during the test. After test, with the temperature of the cold trap increasing , the oil vapor will be liquefied and automatically flow back into the take-back bottle for the user to take out and measure.
The flask and measuring cylinder are equipped with special lights for easily observation and data reading.
The system is equipped with the nitrogen port. When test finishes, the system will remind the user to open the valve of the nitrogen port to avoid the dangerous caused by the air coming into the vacuum system. It can further insure the safety of all the system.
With a single key press,the user can record the initial distillate point and its time, or the recovery temperature and its time of the current recovery volume.
The test data will be saved and the test report can be generated automatically. And also the data can be transfer through U disk, or connect with the printer through the USB interface, and print out the test report directly.
After the test, the system will start the cooling fan automatically, and lower the lift platform to make the furnace leave the flask, quickly reduce the temperature of the furnace and the flask, shorten the waiting time.
The structure of the double opening toughened glass door, make the test process can be seen clearly.
