Automatic Penetrometer
This automatic penetrometer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0604 "Asphalt Penetration Test" in JTG E20 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", GB/T 4985 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Wax", GB/T 4509 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt", GB/T 269 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases and Greases" in the transportation industry standard of the People's Republic of China. It is mainly suitable for determining the penetration of asphalt, paraffin and lubricating grease.
Main technical features:
Adopting a high-precision temperature controller, the temperature setting is convenient and the temperature control accuracy is high.
Equipped with a cold light source and magnifying glass for easy use and operation.
Equipped with a needle penetration display, the data is stable and accurate, and easy to observe.
It has the functions of coarse and fine adjustment of the lifting frame, making it easy for the needle tip to align with the sample plane.
