GD-8031 Engine Coolant Corrosion Tester
Introduction:
1. The Astm D1384 Corrosion Test apparatus is mainly applied to the engine coolant manufacturer and related inspection department. The reference standards: SH/T0085 Determination Method of Corrosion Test for Engine Coolants(Glassware Method) ASTM D1384 Standard Test Method for Corrosion Test for Engine Coolants in Glassware
The Astm D1384 Corrosion Test apparatus is suitable for high boiling point and ground non-engine coolants and concentrates, as well as for engine cooling system rust inhibitors.
2. The main principle of the Astm D1384 Corrosion Test apparatus is to process the six typical metals used in the engine cooling system into test pieces, then connect them into test piece bundle after weighing, and then completely immerse them in the specified sample. Take out the test piece at the end of the test, weigh again after being cleaned, the corrosion was evaluated by the mass change value before and after the test piece after the calibration.

1. Precision regulator valve controls the intake source, the flow meter adjusts the flow rate: 100ml/min±10ml/min.
2. Glass test tubes meet the standard requirements.
3. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±0.1 °C PT100 sensor.

5. Sand core glass gas diffusion head.
