Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Tester for Engine Coolant
The Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Tester is used to simulate the actual working conditions of the engine, test the corrosion performance of the engine coolant on aluminum alloy samples under high temperature, pressure, and circulating flow conditions, and accurately evaluate the anti-corrosion protection effect of the coolant by measuring the weight changes of the samples. It is suitable for the research and development of coolant products, quality control, and material compatibility testing, providing reliable experimental basis for material safety and formula optimization of engine cooling systems.
Features:
The Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Tester consists of a support and one or two thermally conductive corrosion tanks. The working pressure of the corrosion tanks is 40 psi, and the working temperature can reach 160℃.
An electronic timer controls the test time, and an electronic temperature controller controls the temperature.
The Corrosion Tester casing is made of ceramic-coated refined steel, ensuring durability.
The corrosion tanks are protected by a protective cover.
The thermally conductive corrosion tanks are made of heat-resistant glass, with the cover and base made of stainless steel.
A 950 W heater is controlled by a solid-state relay using a stainless steel heat-conducting rod.
Components mounted on top of the corrosion tanks, such as the vent valve, pressure reducing valve, and pressure gauge, are all made of stainless steel.
The sample inlet is located on the top cover, with a sealing cap. Four stainless steel columns connect the top cover and the base.
The Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Tester's temperature controller is an intelligent controller integrating temperature control and display, with a microprocessor for PID adjustment. The sensor is a type K thermocouple. For dual-position instruments, all components are in duplicate.
The Corrosion Tester has over-temperature safety protection. ◆The electronic timer can be preset for the test time. Once the time is up, the instrument will automatically stop heating. The two corrosion tanks can be tested independently without interference.
