Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester
This Closed Cup Flash Point Tester has a color HD LCD touch screen, the English human-computer dialogue interface, the open and fuzzy control integration software with modular structures. For the parameters such as predictable temperature, sample label, atmospheric pressure and test date, it has the prompt menu and guided input, which are convenient and fast.
Working principle:
According to the international standard of ASTM D93, the oil sample is loaded into the test cup of the instrument, and then the test cup containing oil is heated. The lowest flashing temperature of the gas mixture (contacting with flame) composed of the oil vapor and the surrounding air is defined as the Flash Point.
The computer gives orders (through the I/O port) to control heater according to the temperature changes collected, and makes the temperature of the test oil rise at a certain rate. The scanning cycle, ignition time, differential detection etc. are all controlled automatically. When the flash point is determined, the computer system stops data collection, subsequently displays the flash point value and automatically stores it in the historical database, stops heating and closes the flame, then automatically raises the lifting arm and forces air cooling, and the testing is finished.
Features:
The Closed Cup Flash Point Tester features an 8-inch color high-definition LCD touchscreen and a fully English-language user interface.
The Closed Cup Flash Point Tester allows preset parameters such as temperature, sample name, and delay temperature.
It can accurately simulate and track the real-time function curve between temperature and test time. The software has a prompt function to correct operational errors.
The Closed Cup Flash Point Tester has a built-in atmospheric pressure sensor, which can automatically correct for the influence of atmospheric pressure on test results.
Electric ignition and gas ignition can be freely switched, making operation simple and quick.
The instrument is equipped with an automatic rotating lifting arm, which can automatically complete operations such as lifting, scanning, detection, and data printing.
The forced cooling system can quickly cool the heating system, allowing for the next test within 10 minutes.
The Closed Cup Flash Point Tester uses a silicon nitride igniter head for automatic ignition, eliminating the need for manual use of an ignition gun.
Based on flame detection and automatic ignition functions, intelligent flame maintenance is achieved. This significantly extends the lifespan of the igniter head.
The LIMS system can be connected via USB interface.
