GD-525 Automatic Gasoline Oxidation Stability Bath


Introduction:

The gasoline oxidation stability bath is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of automobile gasoline, automobile ethanol gasoline blended component oil, automobile ethanol gasoline and other products under the condition of accelerated oxidation.


Features:

1. The control system of the instrument adopts advanced PLC (programmable logic controller) as the control core, which has great advantages in stability and accuracy compared with similar instruments using single chip microcomputer as the core. In addition, PLC is also often used in machinery with low failure rate requirements, such as launch vehicles.

2. The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch full-color, high-performance, high-definition TFT LCD touch screen, which is very sensitive to touch. All the operation and data display of the instrument can be realized on the touch screen, and the touch screen layout adopts humanized design, and the functions are clear at a glance.

3. The automatic pressure relief valve equipped with the instrument is independently designed by our company, and has obtained the national utility model patent (patent number: ZL201621447589.0). When the pressure in the test bomb body exceeds 1500kpa, the pressure relief valve will automatically relieve pressure, and after the completion of the pressure relief, the pressure relief valve will automatically restore to the original state, which can ensure the safety of the experimental personnel and instruments.

4. The automatic experiment system of the instrument includes automatic oxygen charging and discharging (first charging and discharging twice to fully replace oxygen and air, and then charging the oxygen pressure to the required pressure value; The instrument can also manually charge and discharge oxygen), automatically record the experiment time and the corresponding pressure value (every minute, record the pressure value), automatically judge the turning point and record the corresponding time.

5. The bath of the instrument is made of special metal material, good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, easy to clean, and the use of metal bath to avoid the effects of bath drying, non-standard atmospheric pressure and other factors on the experiment (liquid bath must pay attention to these factors).

6. Accurate temperature control and good stability.

7. The gasoline oxidation stability bath adopts a high-precision pressure transmitter to monitor the pressure in the test oxygen bomb in real time. The researcher can understand the pressure change in the bomb body through the time pressure curve displayed on the touch screen and the real-time pressure value.

8. The instrument has the function of automatic gas leakage. If the experimental bomb body leaks, the instrument will prompt the laboratory technician to cancel the experiment.

9. The laboratory technician can set the length of the experiment time according to the specific situation.

10. The oxygen discharge rate of the instrument can be adjusted by the precision valve behind the instrument.

11. After the instrument experiment is stopped, the heating device will be automatically turned off, and the stirring device in the bath and the rotation of the bomb body will be stopped to ensure the safety of the experimental personnel and the instrument. In addition, the bath body of the instrument is equipped with an overtemperature protection switch, when the bath temperature exceeds 120℃, the switch of the instrument will automatically power off. This dual protection makes the instrument safer to use.
