GD-HF2272 Lubricating Oils Oxidation Stability Tester
Introduction:
The lubricating oil oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard of the people's Republic of China SH / t0193 "determination of lubricating oil oxidation stability Rotating Oxygen Bomb Method".
The oxidation stability tester adopts an oxygen pressure vessel (oxygen bomb) to evaluate the oxidation stability of new and in-service turbine oil with the same composition (base oil and additives) at 150℃ in the presence of water and copper catalyst. The instrument can also quickly evaluate the oxidation stability of new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and / or 2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol antioxidants at 140℃. This instrument is not suitable for measuring viscosity greater than 12mm at 40℃/S mineral insulating oil containing antioxidant.
Structure and Principle:
The instrument consists of temperature control part, pressure display part, stainless steel constant temperature oil bath, oxygen bomb rotating mechanism, oxygen bomb assembly and oxygen bomb support, air circuit controlled by solenoid valve, human-computer interaction system of color touch screen and printer system.

The spring body, spring cover, spring rod, glass sample cup, hand controlled needle valve, quick pipe joint, pressure sensor, rotary joint and pressure signal aviation plug, etc.
The foot of the instrument is designed with brake caster, which is convenient to move and easy to fix.

The screen can display the temperature and pressure curve of the sample in real time. The user can set the pressure of the sample in real time, or modify the instrument time, each part of the self inspection system, etc. A 64M NAND flah is built in the instrument, which can store the test results. The embedded system design is adopted. The user can view the historical data and print the results by using the printer on the lubricating oil oxidation stability tester.
