Crude Oil Salt Content Tester
GD-6532 Crude Oil Salt Content Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People’s Republic of China standard GB/T6532 "Crude oil and its products salt content determination method". It is suitable for the determination of total halide with concentration of 0.002~0.02% (weight) in crude oil, topped crude oil, cracked residue and fuel. It can also be used to determine the situation of used steam turbine oil and marine fuel oil contaminated by seawater. When the required precision is not greater than the range specified in this method, it can also be used for other products.
Main Structure:
⑴ Extractor: It is composed of the flask and the heating part, the volume of the flask is 500ml; the heating part is composed of the electric heating wire wound on the lower end.
⑵ Cylindrical dropping funnel: It is used to add hot toluene, absolute ethanol, acetone and other reagents and make quantitative liquid separation.
⑶ Condenser: Condenses the distilled gas.
⑷Temperature adjustment knob: Used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.
⑸Separation funnel piston: The control piston of the extractor to discharge the solution.
⑹ Erlenmeyer flask: Grinding-mouth Erlenmeyer flask, used to receive the solution discharged from the flask.
⑺ Aviation plug: Extractor heating wire working power plug
Main Technical Parameters:
1. Extractor: Comply with the specifications and dimensions of glassware in the GB/T6532 standard.
2. The heating power of the extractor: 300W×2
3. Power supply: AC (220V±10V), 50Hz
Remarks: The customer needs to prepare the magnetic stirrer and potentiometric titrator.
Structural Features:
