GD-H1716 Low Temperature Pumpability and Gelation Index Tester
Introduction:
The gelation index tester complies with ASTM D5133, ASTM D7110, SH/T0732 and GB/T 11121.
Working principle: slowly measure the low -temperature pumping and gel index of unused and high -oxidized engine oils by slowly reducing the measurement temperature, and record the two values at the same time. If the gel index is higher than 12 can cause engine failure under certain cooling conditions. The instrument is the only instrument that can achieve the measuring the lubricant gel index.

2.Microcomputer temperature controller, PID adjustment, PT100 temperature sensor with high precision.
3.One-button automatic lifting system, hydrometer automatic positioning.
4.Unique test tube locking device to prevent the viscosity is too large driving test tube affect the test accuracy.
5.Big touch screen operation
6.Equipped with dedicated software, can be very good for correct viscosity correction and analysis of linear accuracy.
7.Automatic calibration process, the calibration data will be shown in diagram.
8.Multi-point temperature correction, and the temperature correction point can also be added.
9.Automatic scan the viscosity and generate the gel curve. Will automatic analysis the gel index and gel temperature.
10.Adopts linear curve cooling, cooling rate could be edited.
