Multifunctional Lower Temperature Tester
The multifunctional low-temperature tester for oil products is a comprehensive low-temperature performance testing equipment designed specifically for petroleum products such as lubricants, fuel oils, hydraulic oils, biodiesel, etc. It can simulate extreme low-temperature environments and evaluate the fluidity, stability, wax precipitation characteristics, and low-temperature start-up performance of oil products. This equipment is widely used in the fields of petrochemicals, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, and new energy, ensuring the applicability and reliability of oil products in cold climates or low-temperature conditions.
Low temperature fluidity testing project:
Pour Point: Determine the lowest temperature at which oil can flow at low temperatures (standards: GB/T 3535, ASTM D5950), and evaluate the transport and start-up performance of lubricating and fuel oils in low-temperature environments.
Solidification Point: The highest temperature at which an oil loses its fluidity at low temperatures (standards: GB/T 510, ASTM D938), suitable for analyzing the low-temperature solidification characteristics of diesel, paraffin, and other oil products.
Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP): simulates the clogging temperature of diesel passing through a filtering device at low temperatures (standards: SH/T 0248, EN 116), reflecting the pumping and filtering performance of the oil at low temperatures.
Cloud Point: The temperature at which wax crystals begin to precipitate and become cloudy in oil products (standard: GB/T 6986ASTM D2500), Suitable for low-temperature wax precipitation risk assessment of light oil products such as jet fuel and diesel.
