Automatic Freezing Point Tester
The automatic freezing point tester is designed and manufactured according to the test method requirements of standard ASTM D2386. It can automatically detect the freezing point of the sample, store and print data, and save 256 sets of test results. Suitable for automatically determining the freezing point of jet fuel and aviation piston engine fuel, as well as for detecting the freezing point of liquid solvents and snow melting agents.

The freezing point tester features a human-machine interface: a high-definition 7-inch high-resolution color LCD touchscreen display and a touchscreen button control system.
The human-machine operating system is displayed in English, making it intuitive and easy to operate.
The automatic freezing point tester employs dual-channel, dual-hole detection; the two channels can operate independently or simultaneously for comparative testing.
The freezing point meter boasts a high degree of automation: automatic cooling in the cold bath, automatic lifting and lowering of dual-channel freezing point test tubes, automatic sample stirring, automatic crystallization point and freezing point detection, and automatic storage and printing of test results.
The sample is automatically stirred by a motor using a brass spiral stirrer, conforming to standard stirring methods and speed requirements.
During the test, the freezing point test tubes automatically rise and fall, combined with a high-precision temperature sensor to detect the sample temperature and a photoelectric sensor to detect the sample's crystallization state, giving the instrument high accuracy and good repeatability.
