Online Liquid Particle Counter
This particle counter is a device specifically designed for detecting the level of contaminating particles in liquids, developed according to international standards such as ISO 11171 and ISO 4406. It provides rapid, accurate, reliable, and repeatable test results. It is simple and convenient to operate, suitable for online monitoring of various oil systems. Two or more slave units can also be connected to the same host or platform for comparative testing. Operation is simple and combinations are flexible. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, water treatment, machinery, and automobile manufacturing industries.
Principle of Light Obscuration Method:
When a liquid sample containing particles passes through the light beam of the sensor, a portion of the light is blocked by the particles, causing a change in light intensity. The amount of blocked light is proportional to the size of the particles. Therefore, by measuring the intensity and frequency of the light blocked by the particles passing through the sensor, the size and quantity of the particles can be obtained.
Features:
High-precision laser sensor, wide testing range, stable performance, low noise, and high resolution.
The particle counter uses a high-precision bidirectional plunger pump, ensuring stable injection speed and high sampling accuracy (standard model).
The liquid particle counter can be equipped with a built-in pressure reducing device for online high-pressure testing.
The online liquid particle counter incorporates more than ten commonly used standards, including GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, GB/T14039, ISO4406, SAE4059cpc, SAE4059F, SAE749D, JB/T9737, and HH005-2018, providing data results for all built-in standards in a single test.
The particle counter has a built-in data analysis system that automatically determines sample grade based on standards, continuously monitors the system, and has an alarm function. Alarm settings can be configured for each standard level and each channel size.
Multiple calibration curves are built-in, compatible with all commonly used domestic and international standards for calibration.
The online liquid particle counter can perform continuous automatic online detection with arbitrarily set detection intervals.
Baud rate settings are available. The instrument allows for the addition of different accounts and passwords, and permission settings. It features RS232, RS485, and USB interfaces, allowing connection to computers or laboratory platforms, as well as industrial fieldbuses.
The liquid particle counter has data storage and printing functions, facilitating data organization and archiving.
Online liquid particle counter can be used as a standalone unit, connected to upstream and downstream systems to calculate filtration rates, or interconnected for remote monitoring by a host computer. It can generate graphs, provide historical data queries, and export data, offering versatile combinations and strong application scalability. Its high-strength metal casing makes it suitable for use in harsh environments such as field sites.
