Portable Oil Particle Counter ISO 4406
A portable oil particle counter is a instrument specifically designed to detect the quantity, size distribution, and pollution level of solid particle pollutants in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, and other liquids. It helps evaluate equipment wear status, prevent mechanical failures, and guide oil filtration maintenance by monitoring oil cleanliness in real-time. It is widely used in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, energy, aerospace, and transportation.
Principle:
When a liquid sample containing particles passes through the sensor beam, a portion of the light is blocked by the particles, causing a change in light intensity. The amount of blocked light is proportional to the size of the particles. Therefore, by measuring the intensity and frequency of the light blocked by the particles passing through the sensor, the size and quantity of the particles can be obtained.
