ASTM D86 Automatic Distillation Tester for Petroleum Products
The automatic distillation tester is an automatic distillation testing instrument used to determine the atmospheric distillation range of petroleum products. It is suitable for ASTM D 86, ASTM D 850, ASTM D 1078 and other standards, and is used for distillation testing of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuel, industrial volatile organic liquids and similar petroleum products. It is an advanced technology, easy to use, and cost-effective distillation equipment.
Work procedure:
The automatic distillation tester for petroleum products includes a heater with automatic fire extinguishing function, a condenser temperature control system, and a receiving room temperature control system. The industrial computer sends the test parameters to the instrument through the distillation program and controls the distillation test according to the start command. After the experiment is completed, the instrument control program will save the experimental data to the database for future reference. According to the requirements, a comprehensive report can be printed.

The suitable standards and distillation procedures can be added as per customer’s need and different oil samples.
Automatic distillation tester has an automatic barometric pressure detecting function. The barometric correction can be completed automatically. The test result will not be influenced by the barometric pressure difference.
It can calculate the vapor temperature by inputting the residue amount after the test.
There is anti-freezing solution in the cold bath. A circulation stirrer is equipped inside. The liquid level sensor and overflow pipe will make the water leve in the bath normally.
