Petroleum Distillation Apparatus
Automatic distillation analyzer is an intelligent and high-precision analytical and testing equipment widely used in various industries such as petroleum and chemical. It is generally designed and manufactured according to relevant standards such as GB/T 6536 and ASTM D86.
Working principle:
Based on the characteristic that different substances have different boiling points, the distillation analyzer heats and distills the sample, causing each component to vaporize, condense, and separate in order of boiling point from low to high. By accurately measuring and recording parameters such as temperature and volume during the distillation process, the distillation range and other related properties of the sample can be determined.

Features:
The automatic distillation apparatus uses a camera to simulate human eye operation and directly reads the reading of the glass thermometer. Completely avoiding reading errors caused by differences in physical properties between temperature sensors and glass thermometers, ensuring that the detected distillation temperature achieves a geart effect;
Adopting a hybrid control of computer and microcontroller, the computer screen displays the entire distillation process in real time (including distillation thermometer readings, volume curve graph, time comprehensive curve graph, inner chamber temperature, heating power, recovery volume, temperature required between the initial distillation point and the final distillation point, working time and other parameters). The result can be automatically converted based on atmospheric pressure
The automatic distiller uses imported furnace wire with low thermal inertia and sensitive heating adjustment; Adopting a unique quartz glass furnace cover, it has high thermal efficiency.
The use of specially designed glass inner tubes and specially designed glass flasks ensures the accuracy of measuring the inner tubes, reducing operational difficulties and measurement errors caused by differences between different flasks. The photoelectric automatic tracking of the inner cylinder volume is highly sensitive and accurate.
The automatic distillation apparatus has a complete network operation function, which can be operated and controlled uniformly through computer networking. Can be integrated into the overall network of the laboratory.
