Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter
Oxygen bomb calorimeter is a professional instrument used for accurately measuring the combustion heat of substances, playing an important role in many fields such as energy, chemical engineering, and scientific research.
Working principle:
Based on the law of conservation of energy, a sample of known mass is placed in an oxygen bomb filled with high-pressure oxygen, and the sample is completely burned through an ignition device. The heat generated by the combustion is transferred to the surrounding water and the entire calorimeter system, causing an increase in temperature. By using high-precision temperature measurement devices to accurately measure the temperature changes of the calorimeter system before and after combustion, combined with the specific heat capacity and other parameters of the calorimeter system, the heat released by the combustion of the sample can be accurately calculated.

The oxygen bomb calorimeter adopts microcontroller control technology, color LCD screen display, high-precision temperature sensor, and high-performance A/D conversion device, forming an intelligent instrument with high degree of automation, good video effect, easy use, and convenient data organization.
The experimental process is fully automated. After the samples are placed, various correct parameters are inputted, and each experimental process is automatically completed without manual intervention. After the experiment is completed, the measurement data can be directly printed.
The oxygen bomb calorimeter adopts a self sealing oxygen bomb, and the entire structure is made of stainless steel, with sufficient strength to withstand a water pressure test of 20MPa at room temperature.
The inner water tank is made of stainless steel sheet with a pear shaped cross-section. The water tank has a capacity of 3000 grams and is equipped with an electric stirrer to ensure uniform temperature of the water bath inside.
The outer water jacket of the oxygen bomb calorimeter is a double-layer container, which is filled with water during the experiment. The water temperature inside the cylinder is made uniform through a water jacket stirrer, forming a constant temperature environment that meets the test requirements.
