Desktop Octane Number Apparatus
The dual-purpose measuring instrument for gasoline octane number and diesel cetane number, also known as the dual-purpose measuring instrument for gasoline and diesel, is innovatively developed by our company. This instrument can be used for the determination of octane numbers of aviation gasoline, automotive gasoline, blended gasoline, ethanol gasoline, etc., as well as for the determination of cetane numbers of automotive diesel.
Working principle:
The octane number meter is determined by the method of measuring the comprehensive dielectric constant of oil products. It is based on an automatic regression technology platform, rigorous mathematical models as the theoretical basis, advanced electronic measurement technology as the means, and the results of the testing machine specified by national standards. It conducts targeted regression and measurement to ensure that the accuracy of the measurement meets the standard requirements. The octane number meter has overcome the difficulty of transferring non physical quantities and achieved the transfer of values from CFR testing machines to QX-G measuring instruments, aligning with relevant national standards.
The octane number meter consists of high-precision digital sensors, microcomputers, color touch screens, and micro printers. The signals collected by the sensors are transmitted to the input terminal of the microcomputer, and after processing by the CPU, the measurement results are transmitted to the touch screen for display. Screen display research method RON, motor method MON, anti explosion index (M+R)/2, and can be stored for browsing, reading, and printing.

By inputting two sets of data together with traditional oil detection equipment (distillation range analyzer, density meter), an auxiliary calculation technology platform can be developed to make the determination of diesel cetane index and cetane number more accurate.
Adopting a color touch screen operation mode, the human-machine dialogue is simple, friendly, and convenient. According to the screen display, it can guide users to operate the instrument correctly, greatly improving the technical content of the instrument.
The application of automatic assignment calibration technology has simple calibration procedures, scientific methods, and accurate and reliable calibration results. Regular maintenance and calibration by users can ensure the long-term accuracy and reliability of the instrument.
