Vacuum Distillation Apparatus (Digital Display)
This vacuum distillation apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the ASTM D1160 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products at Reduced Pressure, suitable for the determination of distillation range of high-boiling range petroleum products such as wax oil and lubricating oil.
Structural composition:
The vacuum distillation apparatus consists of a distillation flask heating furnace, heating power regulator, receiver cylinder receiver and its air bath temperature control system, vacuum system, vacuum pressure gauge, lighting system,heating furnace cooling device and etc.

Vacuum connection and connector: Connect the vacuum pump.

Vacuum regulator: Adjust the degree of vacuum.

Digital pressure gauge: Displays the vacuum pressure value.

Lighting: Illumination in the studio.

Glass door: The inside of the door is a measuring cylinder air bath. Open this door for test operation.

Heating furnace: Electric heating furnace.

Distillation flask: The built-in sample is placed on a heating furnace.

Thermometer: Glass tube thermometer, inserted in a distillation flask.

Distillation flask fixing plate: The neck of the distillation flask was fixed together with the fixing bar under the fixing plate, and the distillation flask was not lowered when the electric furnace was lowered.

Furnace lift knob: On the right side of the instrument, it is used to adjust the height of the furnace.

Vacuum pump: External vacuum pump used for decompression during instrument test.

Vacuum pump connection pipe interface: It is the vacuum pump connected to the instrument vacuum system.

Temperature control table: Controls the temperature of the air cylinder of the receiver cylinder.

Temperature sensor: Temperature detection sensor of the temperature control meter.

Receiver cylinder: A volume of 100 ml, receiving distillate.

Voltmeter: Shows the magnitude of the heating voltage, which in turn reflects the level of heating power.

Light switch: Turn this switch on and the work room light is on.

Cooling switch: Turn this switch on and the furnace cooling fan works.

Power switch: Turn this switch on and the instrument is powered on.

Heating adjustment knob: Adjust the working voltage of the furnace.
