Lever Type Four Ball Wear Tester
The four ball wear tester is mainly used to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricants in the form of sliding friction under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. Including three indicators: maximum non card bite load PB, sintering load PD, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ, different evaluation indicators can be selected according to the various uses of lubricants in practical applications. The ambient temperature of the test oil box can reach up to 250 ℃, and can be pre-set for time, friction force, temperature, etc. It can also measure the friction coefficient of the friction couple.
Composition of Structural System:
The four ball wear tester is mainly composed of a spindle drive system, a weight lever system, an oil box and heater, a friction force measurement system, an industrial integrated machine programmable terminal (which can preset, control, alarm, and display parameters such as friction force, speed, time, temperature, etc.), an electrical control system, a high-voltage system, and other parts, all of which are installed on a frame with the machine base as the main body.
Specifications:
Maximum test force | 10kN |
