Diesel Cetane Tester ASTM D613
The fully automatic cetane number analyzer can quickly and accurately determine the cetane number of biodiesel. A large amount of test data shows that the instrument meets the requirements of ASTM D613, ASTM D6890, and GB/T386 standards. The cetane number tester has a wide detection range and accurate data. Working principle:
Compression ignition method: The cetane number tester is based on compression ignition method to simulate the combustion environment of biodiesel in the engine. Inject biodiesel samples into a specific combustion chamber, use compressed air to achieve self ignition conditions, and use high-precision pressure sensors and temperature sensors to monitor pressure and temperature changes during the combustion process in real time, such as pressure rise rate, peak combustion pressure, etc. Based on these data, calculate the cetane number through a specific algorithm.
