Low Temperature Dual Tube
Distillation Tester
This low-temperature distillation tester operates in a dual tube mode, allowing for independent testing of a single tube or simultaneous testing of two samples of the same or different specifications, greatly improving work efficiency. This instrument is suitable for high-frequency and multi sample unit use, and also speeds up the testing speed for general users. It is an ideal petroleum product distillation testing instrument.
Features:
1. The distillation tester uses a quartz electric furnace to heat the distillation flask, which is flame free, explosion-proof, and ensures the safety of the experiment. The heating power is continuously adjustable.
2. The low-temperature distillation tester adopts a lifting device to adjust the height of the flask, and is equipped with a high-temperature resistant insulated glass observation window, which can observe the entire test process.
3. The condenser tube water bath has temperature control function, which can be set and adjusted freely within the range of 0 ℃ to 60 ℃. The temperature inside the bath is uniform and meets the requirements of the experiment.
4. The distillation tester adopts an advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, with high temperature control accuracy (accuracy up to ± 0.5 ℃) and stability.
5. The distillation tester is equipped with a measuring cylinder receiving chamber and adopts a double column distillation method, which can be used for independent testing or simultaneous testing of two samples of the same specification, greatly improving work efficiency.
6. The cooling rate is fast, and the bath temperature can drop from room temperature to 0 ℃ in about 50 minutes.
