Automatic Softening Point Tester
The fully automatic softening point tester that complies with ASTM D36 standard is a specialized equipment designed based on the Ring and Ball Method principle for detecting the softening point of asphalt and related materials. Its core is used to determine the temperature at which asphalt softens and falls to a certain degree under specified conditions. It is widely used in quality control and scientific research testing in fields such as petrochemicals, highway construction, and municipal engineering.
Main Technical Features:
1.This Softening Point Tester adopts advanced technologies such as 32-bit ARM processor, color touch LCD screen, laser detection, etc. It has the characteristics of uniform medium temperature, stable medium heating rate, automatic detection of softening point, and excellent repeatability and reproducibility of test results.
2.The Softening Point Tester adopts a bottom heating plate heating method, with a stable heating rate of (5 ± 0.5) ℃/min.
3.The detection algorithm is advanced and can filter the impact of bubbles generated during the heating process of the medium on the test results.
4.Different media can be selected for testing in the software, with water media testing at a temperature of (20-90) ℃ and glycerol media testing at a temperature of (70-160) ℃.
5.The Softening Point Tester can make two samples at once, automatically complete the softening point testing process, display the temperature rise curve, automatically calculate the average value, and the measurement results are stable and reliable.
6.The Softening Point Tester is equipped with a stepless adjustable magnetic stirring device, which facilitates real-time adjustment of stirring speed and ensures uniform bath temperature.
7.The device has temperature correction function and is equipped with high-precision mercury thermometer. Users can regularly perform temperature self calibration to ensure that the temperature displayed is consistent with the temperature measured by the thermometer.
8.The Softening Point Tester is equipped with a USB interface, which can export historical test data.
