Online Particle Counter
The online particle counter is a device specifically designed for on-site online measurement and detection of oil contamination levels, using the optical resistance (shading) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and good repeatability, and can work under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Suitable for all transparent solvents such as engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e. insulation oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, water-based (water-based hydraulic oil, water ethylene glycol, etc.), alcohols, ketones, etc. It can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation and port, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Features:
-
The online particle counter adopts high-precision laser sensors, with small size, high accuracy, and stable performance
-
The online particle counter is suitable for on-site online detection and can monitor particle pollution in the oil system in real time
-
Built in data analysis system, capable of displaying real data on particle size in each channel and automatically determining sample grade
-
The standard model can directly withstand a pressure of 100 kilograms and can be equipped with a pressure reducing valve for online measurement of ultra-high pressure
-
The particle counter is equipped with built-in particle pollution level standards such as ISO4406, NAS1638, SAE4059, GJB420A, GJB420A, GB/T14039, etc
-
Built in calibration function, can calibrate according to standards such as GB/T21540, ISO4402, ISO11171, GB/T18854, etc. A test can provide all built-in standard results
-
The online particle counter can independently set all standards and any alarm level to achieve pollution or cleanliness detection
-
Equipped with RS232, RS485, and USB interfaces, supporting standard Modbus protocol, it can be connected to computers, upper computers, printers, PLC systems, or other devices for data monitoring and processing
-
Large capacity storage, which can be stored on internal or external storage devices of the instrument
-
Durable external structure, suitable for complex working environments
-
The bottom-up model is beneficial for minimizing the interference of online bubbles on test results to the greatest extent possible
-
Continuous testing of online particle counters is possible, and the testing time interval can be set arbitrarily
-
Touch screen or film button operation, can be freely switched, and the instrument interface can freely control the switch of the remote printer
