X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer
In order to meet the needs of rapid detection of sulfur content in oil products, we have recently developed and manufactured a multi sample detection dedicated X-ray fluorescence analyzer. It adopts the principle of energy dispersion, mechatronics design, fast analysis speed, and its repeatability and reproducibility meet the requirements of ASTM D4294 standard. It provides an important means for detecting sulfur content in crude oil or petrochemical production processes. The instrument itself is green and environmentally friendly.
Main Purpose:
1. Measure the total sulfur mass percentage content in crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, naphtha, and other oil products;
2. Measure the total sulfur content in coal chemical products, such as primary benzene;
3. Measure the total sulfur or sulfide content in solid fine powder samples, such as anode carbon blocks, petroleum coke, modified asphalt and other carbon materials;
4. Measurement of total sulfur or sulfide content in lubricating oil and petroleum additives;
Features:
1. The Sulfur Analyzer is designed with an integrated mechanical and electrical microcomputer, with an 8-inch wide viewing angle capacitive touch screen (1024 * 768) display. The backlight brightness can be set through software, without the need for a keyboard, and the interface is simple and beautiful;
2. Wide variety of detection, wide detection range, fast analysis speed, and low consumption of standard samples;
3. Using the fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method, temperature and pressure are automatically corrected, and the carbon hydrogen ratio (C/H) can also be corrected;
4. The automatic diagnostic function of the instrument, which determines the working status and electrical parameters of the instrument;
5. Using disposable Mylar film sample cups can avoid cross contamination; The sample cup is made using multifunctional pressing parts, which are fast and convenient;
6. The design of the rotating sample stage can hold up to 11 samples at a time, with precise positioning and faster measurement speed, better meeting the needs of users for multi sample measurement;
7. The Sulfur Analyzer has a large data storage capacity, with default storage of 4096 content analysis results and 16 instrument calibration result data, which can be queried;
8. The Sulfur Analyzer automatically selects the working curve by default when turned on, without the need for user intervention;
9. Users can choose the measurement result unit, ppm or (m/m)%;
10. Safe radiation protection measures include opening the outer cover to automatically turn off the power of the radiation tube, sound and light alarms, and no ionizing radiation harm to individuals or groups.
