The Automatic Digital Density Meter utilizes the U-tube oscillation method at its core, incorporating precise temperature control and supporting automatic sample loading, unloading, and cleaning. Specifically designed for petroleum and liquids, it automatically calculates density, relative density, and API gravity, with results matching the requirements of the ASTM D4052 international standard.

Core principle:

The Digital Density Meter for Liquids adopts the principle of oscillating U-shaped tube resonance. The U-shaped glass tube serves as the elastic oscillation chamber, and after being filled with a fixed volume of the liquid to be measured, an excitation signal is applied by an electromagnetic excitation module to cause the U-shaped tube to produce free resonance oscillation; The oscillation period is determined by the mass of the liquid inside the tube - the higher the liquid density, the greater the overall mass, and the longer the oscillation period. The instrument collects the oscillation period through high-precision sensors, inputs it into the preset calibration formula, and automatically calculates and outputs the liquid density value.
