Ultra-Pure Water Machine
Ultra pure water machine is a laboratory specialized equipment for preparing high-purity pure water through multi-stage purification process. It is widely suitable for experimental scenarios such as liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, oil analysis, and precision instrument detection. The equipment can continuously and stably supply experimental water that meets international standards such as ASTM, replacing traditional distilled water devices.
Detailed introduction:
(1) Power socket switch
Connect the power cord of the ultrapure water machine and insert its plug into the laboratory power socket.
Note: The power supply of this machine is 220VAC/50Hz.
(2) Insurance Box
In the event of a power outage, use a single-blade screwdriver to pry open the fuse box and replace the fuse.
Note: Under normal operating conditions, the ultrapure water system is equipped with two fuse links—one for regular installation and one as a backup.
(3) Level controller interface (or reserved)
Connect the liquid level controller to the water tank. Note that there is a small notch, allowing insertion in only one direction.
(4) Duty plate
Information such as the device model, power supply, and power rating.
(5) Water storage tank interface (or reserved)
Connect the PE pipe to the pressure water tank interface, then insert the PE pipe into the pressure water tank ball valve.
(6) Biochemistry analyzer interface (or reserved)
Use this port with a biochemical analyzer or for upgrades. If the pure water machine is equipped with a pressure tank, do not connect to this port. If the pure water machine has a tank with a three-way connector outlet, connect this port to the three-way connector at the tank outlet using a PE pipe.
(7) Wastewater Interface
Connect the wastewater interface with a PE pipe, then place the PE pipe into the laboratory sink or insert it into the drain outlet.
(8) Inlet interface
Connect the PE pipe to the inlet interface, and then connect the PE pipe to the inlet tee interface or fauceti nterface, etc., at the source of raw water.
