Automatic Vapor Pressure Tester
The Vapor Pressure Tester is designed and made as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T8017 “Standard Test Method for Vapor Pressure of Petroleum Products (Reid Method)” and ASTM D 323 Standard Test Method for Vapor Pressure of Petroleum Products (Reid Method). It is suitable to determine vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products. It cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of LGP.
Working principle:
Fill the cooled sample into the gasoline chamber of the vapor pressure tester, connect it to air at a certain temperature, and then immerse the tester in a constant temperature bath. At the specified temperature, the gas-liquid phase reaches equilibrium, and the maximum pressure displayed by the liquid level vapor is the saturated vapor pressure. The tester automatically detects and displays this pressure value through devices such as pressure sensors.
