Ferromagnetic Wear Analyzer
ASTM D8184
The ferromagnetic wear analyzer is a measuring device based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The measuring device is equipped with a sensitive electromagnetic coil. When the oil is placed in a magnetic field, the ferromagnetic abrasive particles in the oil will cause changes in the magnetic field strength. The magnitude of the electromagnetic induction intensity of the coil is well correlated with the content of ferromagnetic abrasive particles. It can conveniently and quickly detect the content of ferromagnetic metal shavings in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and grease, thereby determining the mechanical wear condition.
Features:
1. Using patented sensors and signal processing circuits, with good stability and high sensitivity.
2. Oil sample transfer and measurement are automatically performed, and one data can be measured in 7 seconds.
3. The accompanying PC data management software allows measurement data to be directly imported into the computer for data management, trend analysis, curve printing, and more.
4. The oil sample does not require processing and can be directly injected into the oil bottle for measurement.
5. Easy for users to operate and use.
