Fuel Oil Water And Sediment Tester
GD-H1150 Fuel Oil Water And Sediment Tester instrument widely used in laboratory, factory and etc.
When measuring sediment, heating, filtration, centrifugation, and other methods are usually used. For example, a residual fuel oil total sediment analyzer can separate sediment by heating the oil at high temperatures, and then separate the sediment through a filtration system for measurement.
Working principle:
The principle that substances have different densities and produce different settling effects under centrifugal force. After mixing the fuel sample with a specific solvent in a certain proportion, add the demulsifier and load it into a conical centrifuge tube. When placed in a centrifuge and rotated at high speed, the water and sediment in the fuel will quickly settle towards the bottom of the centrifuge tube under centrifugal force due to their high density, separating from the main body of the fuel. By reading the volume of water and sediment at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, the content of water and sediment in the fuel can be determined.
Application and Features:
The GD-H1150 Fuel Oil Water And Sediment Tester can be equipped with many kinds of rotor, fully meet the requirement of scientific research experiment. It is the usual instrument for separating and producing.
Fuel Oil Water And Sediment Tester is a highly intelligent instrument with brushless motor drive, micro-processing control, touch-button panel and LCD display, and integrated safety protection system.
The Fuel Oil Water And Sediment Tester runs smoothly, has low noise, simple operation, convenient use, safety and reliability, and is widely used by scientific research units, and is well received by users.
