ASTM D86 Automatic Distillation System

Introduction:
The automatic distillation system adopts embedded computer, imported industrial computer with 12.1-inch LCD screen, full English operating system. The whole process of real-time display of steam temperature, heater temperature, condensation temperature, receiving room temperature, distillation rate curve, easy to intuitively read and judge whether the indicators meet the standard requirements.
Design Features:
1. The temperature can be corrected and the test results can be printed.
2. With the function of automatic control distillation rate and recovery volume automatic detection.
3. The automatic distillation system has the function of automatic atmospheric pressure detection and automatic calculation according to the measured pressure.
4. Applicable standards and distillation procedures can be added according to user requirements.
5. Repeatability and reproducibility of multiple test results can be compared automatically.
6. After the test, input residual amount automatically calculate evaporation temperature.
7. Adopt low voltage and high current distillation heater, safe and reliable, with long service life.
8. Adopt synchronous belt drive system to ensure the realization of the precise value specified in the standard.
