The four channel fast automatic Houillon viscometer is an advanced instrument designed for efficient and accurate measurement of liquid motion viscosity, designed and manufactured according to ASTM D7279 and NB/SH/T 0956 standards; This instrument has two independent temperature control units, dual bath four tube, automatic measurement, automatic calculation of viscosity index, and automatic cleaning functions, which can significantly improve the detection efficiency and data reliability in laboratories or production sites.

1.Petrochemical industry
Houillon viscometer is used for quality control in the production process of lubricating oil, quickly detecting the viscosity stability of base oil, additives, and finished products, providing support for the evaluation of oil effects and formula optimization.
2.Biodiesel detection
Houillon viscometer meets the viscosity testing requirements of ASTM D7279 for biodiesel and blended fuels, and can monitor fuel flowability to ensure compliance with the operating standards of fuel injection systems.

1. Double bath with four tubes, wide measurement range; Dual bath independent temperature control, capable of testing and cleaning at different temperature points simultaneously without affecting each other.
2. Houillon Viscometer has fast measurement speed. In fast mode, the fastest time to obtain results is 15 seconds, usually within 3 minutes. The entire process of injection, measurement, cleaning, drying, and result calculation generally takes no more than 7 minutes.
2. High degree of automation. Measurement, cleaning, drying, and result calculation are all automatically completed.
3. Houillon Viscometer measures a wide variety of sample types. It can measure transparent and opaque samples, including Newtonian liquids such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, cutting fluid, heat transfer oil, additives, lubricating oil, and in use oil.
4. Clean quickly and efficiently, with low cleaning costs. A cleaning process generally consumes no more than 10 milliliters of cleaning solution.
5. Multiple auxiliary functions. Includes: constant calibration, temperature calibration, internal clock timing verification, and automatic conversion of kinematic viscosity to Engler viscosity.
6. Dual over temperature protection for software and hardware, over temperature alarm, and anti dry burn protection function.
7. The temperature rise and fall speed is fast. The fastest temperature rise and fall rate is 5 ℃/minute.
8. Houillon Viscounter adopts a double-layer glass cylinder for more uniform temperature.
9. Houillon Viscometer adopts PT1000 high-precision temperature sensor, with stable and accurate temperature control in the constant temperature bath, achieving a temperature control accuracy of 0.01 ℃.
10. Houillon Viscometer can be equipped with disposable filters, greatly reducing the workload of experimental personnel in sample pretreatment.
