Kinematic Viscometer
The fully automatic kinematic viscometer is a automatic instrument used to measure the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque Newtonian fluids, designed and manufactured according to ASTM D445, D446, ISO3104, GB/T265, and GB/T30515 standards. And strictly follow the transparent and opaque liquid testing methods of ASTM D445 and the capillary viscometer specification standards of ASTM D446. Its automation function significantly improves testing efficiency and data reliability. This kinematic viscometer has functions such as automatic intelligent preheating, automatic sample injection, automatic detection, and automatic sample cleaning and drying, and its performance is comparable to similar imported instruments.

Testing principle: The liquid passes through a calibrated glass capillary under the action of gravity, and the flow time is measured to calculate the kinematic viscosity (ν=K × t, where K is the capillary constant and t is the flow time).
Applicable liquids: transparent liquids (such as lubricating oil) and opaque liquids (such as heavy oil, asphaltene solution).
Temperature control: precise constant temperature bath (such as 40 ℃± 0.005 ℃, 100 ℃± 0.005 ℃) to ensure consistency of testing conditions.

Features:

The automatic kinematic viscometer adopts a double-layer glass bath design, PT1000 high-precision temperature sensor, and double blade stirring, which makes the temperature of the constant temperature bath stable and accurate, and the temperature control accuracy reaches 0.005 ℃.
The kinematic viscometer has an automatic intelligent dual solvent cleaning function, and the cleaning mode can be customized. While cleaning the viscometer, the sample cup can be cleaned completely, eliminating the need to clean the sample cup separately.
